I notice that the parental controls on att yahoo internet service do not block out mature content entirely from the computer. What programs can i buy to protect my children from this junk? I work at an office that is a small branch about 1-1/2 hours away from our main office… there’s only like 5 people that work here. We have a small server and the only way they can get on to fix something is to physically come here and update, etc. So I think someone from inside this office would have to look if they were keeping track… we have to use and FTP site to send files back and forth so I don’t think our networks are shared with the office that all the IT stuff goes through… so maybe they don’t even keep track?

The product was bought one 1 desktop and I had Norton already installed on the laptop; so it seemed that the laptop was protected automatically. But, on the second desktop I didn’t have Norton installed and therefore I cannot be sure if it’s being protected.

Ok, here’s the deal. After a hiatus from my web design business I finally decided to get back into it. To get my feet wet I thought I’d design a web page for my upcoming wedding.
So I get everything ready, upload the HTML files, image files and such and navigate to the page only to find a blank page. If I navigate to the pictures I basically get an image cannot be displayed error.
I’ve tried using everything from a WYSIWYG editor to notepad to develop my html for this to see if it was a code issue in one of my programs. Nada. I’ve tried saving my images in both pain and photoshop. Nothing, I thought it might be my router corrupting my images, no luck. I’ve used multiple different PC’s on multiple different networks with no luck.
The kicker: if I flip on my mac at work and navigate to the page, it works. Someone please help me, this is driving me mad!
Also, I know it’s not my web host as I have previously used this account for other pages that worked at one point or another.
I just checked with my Asus Eee in the Xandros environment, no luck.
